Our quality commitments

Our quality is guaranteeing by :

» our reference documents : quality standards, lists of control points, control reports.
» our processes : all project follows a process with validations (see the process)
» internal audits are frequently performed on our various departments by the quality department
» an external audit is performed every year by an independent company which issues the ISO 9001 version 2015 certification.

» inter-departmental communication : a number of different indicators are rassessed during a "performance" meeting with all the company's employees (number of client complaints, control reports, any problems reported by the different departments). Following the observations made during this meeting, improvements are planned and implemented.

The quality of our products is assured by the professional-grade materials and components selected, all of which are tested in-house at our testing laboratory, and afterwards in the field.

The batteries and structures of our trolleys are also subjected to intense testing to ensure their reliability in the field. The after-sales service support department is also for notifying about a faulty component.

Our test laboratory

A test laboratory has been set up and is managed by the R&D Department – it allows us to validate all prototypes and to anticipate the possible break levels.
This mode of operation allows us to ensure the quality of the LUG EUROPA products.
Some machines allow us to validate the components composition (resistance level, abrasion testing, zipper testing) and others give us informations concerning different resistance elements of the chosen setting (load resistance test, endurance and impact test, testy beds for trolleys).
